Sporty & Rich x Hotel du Cap Eden Roc

The hotel gift shop used to boast the occasional sleep mask and bathrobe. Now, it represents an Aladdin's cave brimming with rare, beautiful and thoughtful objects.

No longer content with merely providing a night’s stay, elite hospitality houses like Jumeirah, The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons and Le Bristol Paris are leveraging their "IYKYK" (if you know, you know) status to create exclusive merchandise that serves as a permanent, tangible extension of the guest experience, one that can be taken home. From artisanal leather goods and bespoke silks, to streetwear-inspired ready-to-wear collaborations and even luggage; these pieces are designed to be worn far beyond the poolside.

By merging hospitality with the scarcity of luxury fashion and high-end hospitality, luxury hotels are transforming their loyalists into organic brand ambassadors, offering a slice of the resort’s soul that can be taken home and cherished long after check-out.

1. Fife Arms Hotel, Scotland x Araminta Campbell

The boutique space within this luxury lodge in the Highlands concentrates on locally produced, one-of-a-kind objects. Amidst the curated chaos, you’ll find the Fife Arms house tartan – made in Scotland by Scottish weaver, Araminta Campbell. Inspired by the surrounding landscape, this custom tartan design integrates the shades of the pines, mossy forest floor, yellow gorse, and red hotel exterior. You can cosy up in a blanket that makes royal heritage feel homely, rendered in 100% cashmere or lambswool.

2. The Mark x Dolce & Gabbana

The Mark, the NYC hot spot where all the celebs get ready for the Met Gala, has come together with Dolce & Gabbana to launch Fefé – an alcohol-free fragrance mist designed for your canine companion. Yes, you read that right. A perfume for dogs. Described as an ‘olfactory masterpiece,’ notes of Ylang, Musk and Sandalwood are bottled up in a stunning green and red design, topped off with a golden bone emblem. Because why not?

3. Ritz Paris x FRAME

Putting on the Ritz definitely extends to this hotel gift shop. The curated assortment spans a wide variety of ready-to-wear in collaboration with LA fashion house, FRAME. Got a spare €2,220? Treat yourself to a classic beige trench coat, with a bespoke soft silk lining and finished with moniker buttons for extra polish.

Aside from the FRAME collaboration, Ritz Paris has a very varied selection of branded items, available to shop in person and online. From adorable teddy bears that resemble the bellboys, chefs and chambermaids at 15 Place Vendôme; even my personal favourite, a bespoke monopoly board

8. Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc x Sporty & Rich

For those who want to bottle the "old money" aesthetic of the French Riviera, this collaboration with luxe ath-leisure brand, Sporty & Rich, is the ultimate status symbol. The collection features limited edition embroidered hoodies ($325) and pinstriped pyjama shirts ($135) that look just as at home in a private jet as they do on the Eden-Roc pool deck. Made by cool girls, for cool girls (and boys), this aesthetic and 80s inspired collection the quintessential example of "merch" that has transitioned into a legitimate fashion house, perfect for the cool-girls.

9. The Standard x Crash Baggage

The ultimate "anti-luxury" luxury statement, The Standard has teamed up with Crash Baggage to create "The Standard Red Icon" luggage. Designed to be bold, unapologetic, and to stand out from the carousel, these are high-performance suitcases that come pre-dented — a nod to the brand’s rebellious, "handle without care" philosophy. It’s a favourite among the creative elite who want to skip the pristine look for something with immediate character.
