Shared on social media on April 20, 2026, the unique and unexpected partnership represents a significant strategic pivot for Saudia as it continues to expand its brand presence beyond aviation and into the global lifestyle and culture sectors, perhaps targeting a new age demographic too. This collaboration brings together Saudia’s 80-year legacy in the Kingdom with Adidas’ international authority in high-performance sportswear, creating a new category of apparel designed specifically for the modern traveller.

Only available for a limited time period, at certain locations, this 'travel pack' collaboration collection has been created for both men and women. Taking the buttery soft elements from the Adidas SOFT LUX line, the range of clothing includes sweaters, abayas, pants, t-shirts and accessories, the SOFT LUX line is characterised by a minimalist aesthetic and use of premium materials.

The "Made to Fly" collection specifically reimagines the traditional tracksuit as a sophisticated travel staple. Using a fabric that is both breathable and double-layered, the three-dimensional knit fabric is finished with a brushed, velvety texture; ensuring the clothing has been specifically engineered for a smooth texture and maximum comfort during long-haul travel. The collection's design incorporates subtle aviation-inspired detailing and distinct Saudi design and patterns, balancing functional utility with a contemporary, elevated look suitable for airport lounges, in-flight settings, and everyday wear.

Khaled Tash, Chief Marketing Officer at Saudia Group, emphasised how this fashion-travel project with Adidas aligns with the airline’s recent transformation: "Today, travel is no longer defined only by destinations, but by identity, culture, and self-expression. Our collaboration with Adidas brings these elements together, transforming movement into a statement of modern Saudi ambition and capturing the confidence and creativity shaping the Kingdom today."

With prices ranging between SAR 249 and SAR 559, the "Made to Fly" collection is now available to shop online and in stores through selected Adidas retail stores across four key regional markets: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Morocco. The range was made immediately available online to ensure accessibility for a digital-first generation of consumers who prioritise both style and functionality, and specifically shop for travel wardrobes.
