As summer slowly slips closer, it will feel just around the corner as you sip this white chocolate and strawberry iced latte recipe.

Decadent and full of flavour, this iced latte is also a pretty one; distinct layers between coffee, the cold foam, white chocolate shavings and a strawberry topping the rim. By pairing the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with a vibrant strawberry syrup and cold-foamed milk, the recipe creates a velvety texture that perfectly balances the coffee’s toasted notes. 

This is not your average iced latte, this is a multi-sensory way to experience your favourite coffee this Ramadan Season.

Ingredients 

  • Ice cubes
  • 15mls of strawberry syrup
  • 1 white chocolate & strawberry coffee capsule (Vertuo)
  • 175mls of milk
  • A few squares of white chocolate
  • One fresh, organic strawberry

Method

  • Pour 100mls of the milk into the Nespresso Aeroccino and press the cold foam mode
  • In a large glass, add your ice cubes along with the 15mls of strawberry syrup and remaining 70mls of milk
  • Once done, pour the cold foam on top
  • Add 80mls of the coffee
  • Grate white chocolate on top, and add a fresh strawberry to the rim of the glass
  • Serve & enjoy!
